Open-fermented, pumped over three times daily, matured for 12 months in French oak (15% new). Deep crimson-purple; a highly expressive medium-bodied shiraz full of black cherry and blackberry fruit; despite the intensity of its flavours (mirroring the bouquet), it is light on its feet thanks to its restrained extract and controlled alcohol.
