The full biscuit. This has the X factor and more besides. It's brilliant with sweet, syrupy plum, mint and clove-like flavours, though mostly it presents as seamless. The shape of this wine, the firm-but-integrated structure, the length: this does its darndest to steal the 'Garden Series' show.
